Tamar NRM partners with Clean Up Australia, City of Launceston Council, George Town Council, West Tamar Council and Plastic Free Launceston for the Largest Community Clean up event in Northern Tasmania. Now in its 4th year, Catch it in the Catchment invites communities along kanamaluka/the Tamar Estuary to help prevent rubbish (predominantly plastics) from entering this important estuarine environment.

This week-long event invites members of the community, schools, sports clubs, social groups, businesses, family and friends to nominate a few hours and a site to target for a quick clean-up. Click here for details.
