Kate's 'Foolproof Sourdough' Workshop
Community event- Friday, September 25, 2015 at 07:30 PM
- The Garden Shed and Pantry in Cygnet, Australia $45.00 AUD
- 1 person is going
You can read about my sourdough workshops on my Garden Shed and Pantry website.
They are held in my kitchen and you must come to both sessions as we do the whole process together. This no-knead method is easy and foolproof. I give you all the tips and I also sell all the organic, Australian, Four Leaf flours that we use in the workshop.
It is good fun and will set you up to make a lifetime of healthy bread that tastes delicious, has excellent texture and is easy to make.
Once we have 8 or 9 people booked in, I will email you with all the workshop details and asking for payment by bank transfer . So you need to put your EMAIL address on the booking sheet, NOT your name!
Looking forward to welcoming you to my kitchen soon,
Kate

A vision for a low-carbon Tasmania
Community event- Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 05:30 PM
- Aurora Lecture Theatre of IMAS in Hobart, Australia
Too often our imagination is constrained by the status quo – the way that society runs now, rather than being able to envision what life could be like in a carbon constrained world.
So in this fourth forum in our 2015 series we’re inviting you to come and share your thoughts with us in a visioning exercise, focussing on 'Tasmania - a low carbon future'. It’s on Tuesday October 20, 5.30 - 7.30 pm in the Aurora Lecture Theatre of IMAS, Castray Esplanade. Come at 5.15 for refreshments.
Members of Climate Tasmania will offer their ideas and insights and invite your input. Please let your friends and colleagues know about the event.
