Join expert Todd Walsh and NRM North on their mission to recover populations of giant freshwater crayfish in north-eastern Tasmania. Get up close and personal with the world’s largest invertebrate, the giant freshwater crayfish, and learn how to undertake assessments of their habitat by becoming a citizen scientist.
This session will equip you with the skills to participate in a volunteer survey program for giant freshwater crayfish habitat, which will help NRM North to get a better understanding of the species and how to protect it’s habitat.
No previous skills or experience are required but registration is essential as spaces are limited. RSVP to Kym via [email protected] or (03) 6333 7774
