The week before
Food preparation in Cradoc (near Cygnet) on Wednesday 30th March or Friday 1 April
The Feast Day - Saturday 2 April
Kitchen shifts from 10 - 4; 11- 5; 12 - 6 and 5 - 11pm
Bar shift from 5 - 10:30pm
Wait shift from 5 - 10:30pm
Photographer from 5:30 - 9:30pm
Transport from 9:30 - midnight (getting everything back to SLT and South Hobart)
The auction - after the feast
We are seeking unique Tasmanian experiences or items grown or made locally for our auction. We want to offer people the opportunity to indulge in our exquisite cuisine, admire our spectacular artisans, and explore our amazing wild places. We would love the opportunity to offer a handmade item from you and share your story of living locally with our guests. If you are interested in being involved or would like to discuss the possibilities further, please let us know.
