Climate Change Mobilization
It's getting too late for the current dilettante approach ... a fully comprehensive plan is needed to solve the Climate problem.
After Pearl harbour, America was initially in no position to engage in a war against Germany and Japan. It's civilian industries neede a wholesale industrial retooling plan to manufacture the equipment for the war - a 'Victory Plan'. And, this was accomplished within a few short months.
