
Kitana Mansell, a proud young palawa women representing Palawa Kipli, will present and share her cultural food and cooking knowledge with her native edible plants on show..
Each one-hour bush tucker workshop focuses on educating people on cultural native bush foods (Tasmanian Aboriginal food).
Kitana will then offer light native food/ drinks to showcase ways we can be more sustainable with our local ingredient.
The importance of supporting Aboriginal businesses, who are the owners of these bush foods and how her ancestors who survived and thrived of these food resources for tens of thousands of years and still do today.
Bookings are essential as classes are small. Workshops run throughout the weekend. Don't miss out!
