The program at The Botanical as part of the Big Weekend of Sustainable Living ideas is jammed packed with presentations, workshops, exhibits, entertainment and activities for the whole family. 

Be sure to explore the exhibits on the Lawn and the Walkway and Entrance, the workshops in the Polytunnels, join a pottery workshop in the Pottery Shed and savour African food, dancing, singing and drumming courtesy of Kamara's Heart.  So much to do over the 2 days.

Once you are done there, take the easy stroll to The Brighton Civic Centre for more sustainable living ideas.  Turn left as you exit The Botanical and walk up the side of the property - just follow the Sustainable Living Tasmania signs!
