  1. Confirm the minutes of the preceding AGM;
  2. Presentation of the 2014/15 Annual Report
  3. Presentation of the 2014/15 Audited Financial Report
  4. Appointment of the auditor and determination of the auditor's remuneration; and
  5. Election of the members of the Board of Management (nomination form)
