Get creative & experience hands on learning as we cook healthy innovative dishes to complement your festive table.
Prepare Gluten Free options, vegetarian, low sugar sweeties and discover how to rework your leftovers into something delicious the next day. Alison will share her shopping tips, knowledge of local produce, tricks of the trade plus a host of cost saving eco friendly ideas you can put into practice in your own home.
Don't forget to bring your appetite, as you're needed to help taste-test all the cookery! This workshop is suitable for adults.

About the teacher:
Alison Gandy is a food educator & chef passionate about healthy eating, local produce & reducing waste in our community. With over 25 years working as a professional Chef & trainer Alison loves sharing her cookery skills and easy ways to be more environmentally friendly in the kitchen.
She is committed to reducing all types of food waste, and is very enthusiastic about composting & minimising single use plastics.
