A school kitchen garden workshop
South Hobart and Princes Street Primary schools are hosting a school kitchen garden networking event. We'll explore various strengths, aspirations and challenges for school kitchen garden programs, while increasing our collective capacity by developing a beneficial network of passionate people.
Anyone interested in kitchen garden programs in Hobart City are welcome (including teachers, principals, gardeners, cooks, canteen managers and volunteers).
The afternoon will be facilitated by Reuben Parker-Greer. Reuben has over 8 years experience in school kitchen gardens. Currently he is working to support 15 school kitchen garden projects as a Project Manager for MONA's 24 Carrot Gardens.
