Coming into it's 15th year, Tasmania's Sustainable Living Festival has grown dramatically from a marquee in a carpark to taking over Princes Wharf and surrounds over a full weekend in November! As a not-for-profit event, we are able to pull this spectacular weekend together with the help of generous sponsors, in-kind performances and presentations by local celebrities and experts and a myriad of other dedicated volunteers.
It is never too early to start thinking about how you would like to contribute to the 2013 Sustainable Living Festival! We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest from people interested in presenting talks, workshops, demonstrations, or performing on our Festival Stage. Anything from cooking to basket weaving to draught proofing houses to building with mud. We would love to hear from you if you have a skill to share! Please fill out our online Expression of Interest form here.
If you are a business or organisation that works to create a more sustainable Tasmania, we would love to have you involved as one of our exhibitors! There are a range of sizes and prices are indexed to try to make it affordable for any size business or organisation to be involved. We really want to show Tasmanian's the diversity of services and products available that minimise resource use, support growers and producers, minimise waste and make living simply even more enjoyable.
